The First Step
Discovery Call
Complimentary
We begin with a complimentary 20-minute call to introduce ourselves, give you an overview of our process, and discuss the project's scope, budget, and target dates.
The Second Step
Consultation
After our discovery call and the decision to move forward, we schedule an in-home consultation. This session is all about understanding you better: your lifestyle, needs, aspirations, style, and vision. By asking the right questions, we gain insights to tailor the design to your goals.
The consultation is a collaborative work session where we define the project scope and offer guidance. Once the scope is set, we'll send you a detailed design proposal.
The Third Step
Design Development
Now for the exciting part! We start the process by sending you homework (design questionnaire and you create a Pinterest board), we then come to your home for site measurements and review all of the info you have provided in detail. Before choosing materials and furnishings, we first have a concept meeting to discuss the aesthetic direction, color scheme, and possible floor plans.
The Fourth Step
Implementation
We handle all of the ordering and tracking of materials and furnishings for a stress free experience. We use a receiving warehouse to ensure that all of our furniture is received, inspected and stored in warehouse until ready to be delivered for installation.
We collaborate closely with the general contractor to ensure that each aspect of our design is installed and completed properly. Close communication with the building crew and weekly site visits are priorities!
The Fifth Step
Installation
The big day is here! When we see it all come together. We schedule a day(s) to have the furniture delivered and items are installed and styled to perfection.
